At Feature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar durable packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
